Privacy
Scope: this notice describes the shipped Clever Web Tools implementation. The operator must keep it aligned with deployed services and provide contact details before public launch.
Check the processing notice on each tool. Browser tools do not upload their inputs. Server tools send files and options only when you confirm and run them; temporary job files are removed when the request finishes or fails. This is logical deletion, not a promise of forensic erasure. Do not upload secrets or highly sensitive documents. External-service tools send relevant content to the stated provider, whose retention and privacy terms also apply. No tool inputs or files are stored in the analytics database.
Optional statistics: with permission, we count public page views, tool completions, generic failures, matched tool searches, language and referring hostnames. No visitor ID or raw IP address is stored in these statistics. Counts are retained for 90 days. Security rate limits use temporary keyed network identifiers in memory. Hosting or CDN providers may handle connection data under their own policies.
Preferences are stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. The owner area uses an essential HttpOnly session cookie, with an eight-hour absolute lifetime. There is no public registration. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional services in this build. Revoking permission stops future events and reloads the page to unload optional tags.
Google services: when configured, enabled and consented, AdSense, Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies or similar technologies and process device and usage information. A separately installed certified consent platform governs advertising consent. Read Google’s privacy policy and use the footer controls to review your choices. This site does not sell your file contents or calculator inputs.
Search terms can appear in requested URLs; do not put personal information in site searches. The notepad saves text locally only when you select Save; Delete removes that saved entry from this browser, not other backups. Recording and device testing require browser permission and do not upload the recording through these tools. Network checkers contact the submitted public website or relevant DNS/API service. API quota records contain a daily request count, not document content.
